The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from erecting and installing transformer in front of the petitioner property situated in New No.21, Old No.11, Ebrahim Sahib Street, Muthialpet, Chennai - 600 001 in so far as it affects the ingress and egress endanger to the safety of the residents and without following the Indian Electricity Act and Rules and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 04.10.2012 in accordance with law.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents have already shifted the transformer to a different place without affecting the petitioner's property.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2, the Writ Petition may be closed. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
