This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26907 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report is not filed and the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
