This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary steps and direct the appropriate agency to register an FIR for the complaint of the petitioner's dated 18.08.2014 and take appropriate action against the said persons.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry was conducted against the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
