O R D E R

This criminal revision petition is filed against the order in C.A.No.190 of 2016 dated 09.06.2017 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam and set aside the same.

2. Today (26.03.2018), both parties and their counsel are present before this Court. Both the parties have filed the petition of joint memo of compromise to Compound the offence under Section 147 by stating that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- as full and final settlement and the respondent/complainant has received the same. Since, the matter has been compromised, he does not want to pursue the case further.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned Judgment passed in C.A.No.190 of 2016 dated 09.06.2017 on the file of the learned III Additional District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam, is hereby set aside and the Criminal Revision is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
