[made by M.SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr. S. Rajendrakumar, learned counsel representing Mr. R. Balachandran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of writ petitioner to pursue review/contempt or any other remedy qua order dated 09.11.2023 made in W.P.No.32014 of 2023.
