O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish the copies of the pre-revision notice and the order, if any, passed pursuant to the direction given by this Court in W.P.No.14296 of 2011 dated 25.08.2011 forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of their representation, the 1st respondent has not furnished the prerevision notice and the order passed pursuant to the directions of this Court in the above referred Writ Petition. 3.Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax) taking notice for the respondents submitted that in the event of the petitioner not being served with the notice and the order, the 1st respondent may be directed to furnish the same within a stipulated time.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 1st respondent to furnish the pre-revision notice and the order passed by the 1st respondent, if the same was not served on the petitioner earlier, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
