ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.18 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same, by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that on completion of investigation, final report was filed before the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Thiruvallur on 17.02.2025 and the same is pending to be taken on file. Therefore, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
