ORDER

This Court, while granting suspension of sentence, had directed the petitioners to appear before the Trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until disposal of the Criminal Revision.

2. According to the petitioners, they have complied with the conditions for the past three months. This Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court till the disposal of the Revision. No ground made to modify the said condition at this stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to renew the petition, if there is any delay in disposal of the Revision.
