ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9258 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9258 of 2025 vide order dated 28.03.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
