ORDER
The Writ Petition has been preferred by the petitioner to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's candidature for the post of Assistant Photographer under the Respondent and pass appropriate orders of appointment to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The prayer made in the Writ Petition is for a limited scope to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.
3. No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate would request that a time frame may be fixed by this Court to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2010 addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's cell, and a copy of which has been forwarded to the respondent. This Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with order copy and the copy of the above said representation within two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible with in a period of twelve (12) weeks.
5. The writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
