ORDER

The petitioner has given a representation to the Director General of Police and thereafter, filed the present Writ Petition for a direction to the Director General of Police to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2016.

2.For issuance of a Mandamus, there should be a statutory duty cast upon the public functionary to perform certain duties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In these circumstances, this Court cannot direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner as the issue involved are purely civil in nature.
