This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17331 of 2022 by order dated 24.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
