ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.7(b) in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.29789 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29789 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
