ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP No.34983/2025, dated 20.01.2026. By the said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent police on instructions, submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 20.01.2026, this Court imposed certain conditions. One such condition required the petitioner to report to the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m. for three weeks, and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. She further submitted that the petitioner has been complying with these conditions since 29.01.2026, and the prescribed period is set to expire tomorrow.

3.In view of the above, this Court finds no necessity to relax the condition at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
