The Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioners who are the wife and daughter of the deceased N.Dhandayuthapani who died on 26.05.2018 seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of the deceased.

2. The 2nd petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificate of N.Dhandayuthapani as ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2.

3. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased. Publications have been effected and no objections have been received.

4. In view of the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
