This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the 3rd to 6th respondents herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above CRP designating them respectively as the respondents 3 to 6.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the newly added parties and has no objection to allow this petition. In view of the same, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
