This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the abatement of the Civil Revision Petition as against the deceased 1st respondent which had occurred on account of the death of the 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
