The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of respondent regularizing the suspension period.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that, the petitioner's appeal, which was pending on the date of filing of the Writ Petition was subsequently disposed of on 29.04.2021 and therefore, the order of the respondent cannot be interfered with at this stage. The submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent is acceptable.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, order of the Appellate Authority has been served them only today.
6. In view of the subsequent developments, this Writ Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Appellate Authority's order dated 29.04.2021 in the manner known to law, and subject to the outcome of the said order, a liberty is given to the petitioner to again give a representation for regularization of his suspension period.
