This petition is filed to condone the delay of 394 days in filing the petition to restore.

2.Though notice have been served on the respondents 1 to 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

3.Though the 4th respondent entered appearance through counsel, there is no representation for him today.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 394 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
