This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.14139 of 2016 dated 18.04.2016, in and by which, this Court had directed the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to all the necessary parties, if any and pass appropriate orders, with regard to renewal of recognition granted to the Matriculation Schools covered under G.O.Ms.No.135, School Education Department, dated 18.08.2015 till 31.05.2016, within a period of four weeks.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the said order of this Court dated 18.04.2016 has been complied with.
