(CRIME NO.-06/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 720/2022 dated 27.01.2022 dated 27.01.2022 and pass such further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KRUTHIKA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.720 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 to furnish sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.720 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 is extended till 22.03.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
