C.M.P.Nos.3963, 3964 and 3965 of 2024 in S.A.Sr.No.158256 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J, These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 340 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent, namely, S.Manjula; to aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the respondents 6 and 7 / proposed respondents 7 and 8 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and array them as respondents 7 and 8 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the proposed respondents. Learned counsel for the proposed respondents has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

4. Post the matter on 24.04.2024 for filing counter in the condone delay application.
