Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a direction to the respondent to forbear from withdrawing the permission granted to the petitioner by proceedings having Ref.No.266/S.B.II/2016 dated 2nd March, 2017 to organise a campaign from Rajaratinam Stadium, Chennai on 8th March, 2017 between 9 am and 5 pm on 8th March, 2017 to create awareness about sexual violence without mike, without causing hindrance to the free flow of traffic, inconvenience to the movement of general public and subject to other conditions set out in the said proceedings and permit the petitioner to conduct the rally as per the proceedings having Ref.No.266/S.B.II/2016 dated 2nd March, 2017 of the respondent.
