11.01.2024 and consequential proceedings of the second respondent declaring the Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Interview Posts) (Group-II Services) List OCV (Onscreen Certificate Verification) dated 11.01.2024 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to the respondents to conduct fresh examination in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.01.2024 passed by the second respondent, declaring the petitioners results for Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Interview Posts)(Group-II Services) dated 11.01.2024 and consequential proceedings of the second respondent declaring the Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Interview Posts) (Group-II Services) List OCV (Onscreen Certificate Verification) dated 11.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Already, a writ petition has been filed before the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.8402 of 2023 to cancel the afternoon examination held on 25.02.2023 and another writ petition has been filed before the Principal Bench in W.P.No.35540 of 2023 for declaration declaring that the examination held on 25.02.2023 (both session) based on the Advertisement No.605, Notification No.3/2022 dated 23.02.2022 pertaining to Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Interview Posts/NonInterview Posts) (Group-II Services/Group-IIA Services) is null and void.
4. Those writ petitions have already been admitted by this Court and are pending. Therefore, no purpose would be served by entertaining the present writ petition, as the grievance of the petitioners have already been challenged and the result of those writ petitions would be applicable to these petitioners also as they are similarly placed persons.
5. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, 3/5
