This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impunged proceedings namely communication under reference Estates dated 10.02.2021 as confirmed in the communication of the respondent dated 11.02.2021 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been resolved between them. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
