Crl.O.P.No.12214 of 2016 S.VAIDHYANATHAN, J., This petition came up today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner under the caption 'For Being Mentioned".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 13.06.2016, it has been wrongly mentioned that the petition enquiry is pending in this matter whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed. Hence, he needs clarification.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also confirms that the petition enquiry has been conduced and closed in this matter.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, as the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed, this petition is dismissed.

Registry is directed to issue amended copies to the parties concerned.
