These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent; to condone the delay of 3567 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 8 to 13 in S.A.No.1164 of 2005. 2.Ms. Ra Thejashvini appearing for Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar though formally opposes the applications, has not gone on record by way of a counter opposing the same.
