kkn directing the defendants to execute and register all documents required for conveying ownership of the plaint Schedule B property in favour of the plaintiff, for permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, servants or persons acting on their behalf from in any manner interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of Plaint Schedule B property and for costs.

2. The matter was referred to mediation at the instance of the parties and the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediator. The Memorandum of Compromise evidencing such settlement has also been filed.

3. In view of the same, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit. Recording the said Memorandum of Compromise, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected application is closed.
