O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to issue look out circular in Crime No.20 of 2023.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there are two accused persons in this case and both the accused filed Crl.O.P.No.23657 of 2023 before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. This petition was dismissed in so far as A1(husband) is concerned and anticipatory bail was granted to A2(mother - in - law) by order dated 13.10.2023.

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that A1 is living abroad and he has not co-operated for investigation and the Police has also not taken any steps to secure A1. In view of the same, the present petition has been filed seeking issuance of look out circular. 2/4

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there has been no progress in this case due to the non cooperation on the part of A1. Hence, the third respondent is taking steps to issue look out circular against A1.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take immediate steps in this regard and expedite the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2023 and file a final report, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
