Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing i.e., on 05.04.2024, the learned Official Liquidator submitted that the present Company Petition viz., C.P.No.351 of 2013 has already been transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal (in short, NCLT). Therefore, she submitted that this application may be closed with liberty.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Official Liquidator, this application is closed with liberty to the parties to agitate all the issues before NCLT.
