These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant; to condone the delay of 4623 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant as appellants in S.A.No.1164 of 2005.

2.Ms. Ra Thejashvini appearing for Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar though formally opposes the applications, has not gone on record by way of a counter opposing the same.
