ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the judgment debtor against the order passed in Execution Petition in E.P.No.48 of 2014 in O.S.No.69 of 2009 on the file of the Sub-Court, Arani.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/decree holders has submitted that during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner herein has deposited the entire decree amount before the Executing Court and the respondents have also withdrawn the said amount and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Court may record the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and close the Civil Revision Petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Reivison Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
