The Writ Petition has been filed to call for records on the file of the 3rd respondent in Proc.No.MEE/EAI/365/08/Estt.dated 17.02.2011 and its consequential order in Proc.No.MEE/EA2/365/08/Estt. Dated 19.02.2011 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction.

2. Today, matter is listed under the caption " For Withdrawal"

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, a letter dated 18.04.2024 is also addressed to the Registry.

4. In view of the letter dated 18.04.2024 duly signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
