ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said representation was given by the petitioner to object to the registration of any document pertaining to the subject property by any of the private respondents, as a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
3. A blanket order as sought for in the petitioner's representation cannot be granted by this Court. The only limited relief that can be granted to the petitioner is to treat the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 as a protest petition; that is, in the event of any document being registered, the petitioner will be put on notice by the Registration Department.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions is also satisfied if such a direction is issued.
5. Accordingly, the representation dated 30.12.2025 of the petitioner submitted to the respondents 1 and 3 is treated as protest petition by this Court. Before registering any document pertaining to the subject property, the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the petitioner about the proposed registration so as to enable him to raise all objections available to him under law. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. W.M.P.No.7539 of 2026 is closed.
