J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 14.12.2016, passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bomb Blast Court, Coimbatore, in S.C.No.91 of 2016.

2. Mr.K.P.P.Raja Raja Chozhan, learned counsel for the appellant produced a letter dated 26.07.2021, issued by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore, addressed to him, wherein, it is stated that the appellant had died on 26.12.2019 in the Central Prison, Coimbatore, on account of ill health. It is also seen that the relatives of the appellant have not filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any application under the proviso to Section 394(2) Cr.P.C. to continue the appeal.
