As per the communication, the learned Presiding Officer is requesting for extension of time to dispose of the case in OP.ID.No.44 of 2023 and C.P.No.92 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore. 1/3

2. In view thereof, three months time from today is extended to dispose of the cases in OP.ID.No.44 of 2023 and C.P.No.92 of 2018. The learned Presiding Officer is requested to take up the cases as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same.
