No. 1337/A1/2019 dated 25.02.2019, in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 10.01.2022, with all consequential service benefits, within a time frame.

O R D E R

Since the Writ Petition in W.P. No. 9897 of 2021 earlier filed by the Petitioner in respect of same cause of action is pending before this Court and the claim made could be worked out in that proceedings, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take recourse to it and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
