This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the copy of the petitioner's complaint is not available with the second respondent police.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
