This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned suspension order passed by the 4th respondent dated 25.02.2022.

2. When the matter is listed for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, though several grounds have 2/5

been raised in the present writ petition, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to make an appeal before the appellate authority.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Director of Elementary Education, DPI Campus, College Road, Chennai is the competent appellate authority and the petitioner may prefer an appeal before them.

4. Inview of the above submission this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to redress the grievance before the appellate authority, viz. the Director of Elementary Education, third respondent herein. No costs.
