This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to declare the probation correctly excluding the maternity leave period and declare her probation on 28.11.2024 in pursuance of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
