ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed this Court in Paragraph No. 7(b) in Crl.OP.No.601
of 2026 dated 09.01.2026 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has duly complied the condition of this Court from 13.01.2026 to till date and hence prays to allow this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that '' the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m.,for a period of six weeks''. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.
5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
