O R D E R

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 07.12.2016 for reconstitution of Srevalsa agency before the 2nd respondent has not been considered at all.

2.The petitioner states that on account of certain factual developments, the reconstitution of Srevalsa agency has not been done and in this regard, the representation was submitted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the fact that the very relief sought for in this writ petition is to consider the representation, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and relevant documents if any along with the order passed in this writ petition.
