ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Kalamegam as against the petitioner, current paper enquiry was conducted in C.No.N5/E-11 354026/797/C.01 25 and the same was closed as early as on 13.11.2025.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be unnecessarily harassed. 13.02.2026 skt NCC : Yes/No 2/4
