A. TAMILVANNAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Offence alleged is under Section 420 of IPC in Cr.No. Not Known of 2016.

3. Heard both sides.

4. As between both side, dispute arose with regard to some property. There were issuance of lawyer notice. There is some civil litigation. In this backdrop of the matter, now the police complaint has been lodged.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to grant the petitioners, anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikal, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order (iii)Each petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
