The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.51 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

On perusal of the First Information Report indicates that regarding parking of the vehicle near the TASMAC shop, there was a wordy altercation between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. It is also alleged that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapons. Hence the complaint. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the victim in this case was hospitalized on 20.02.2022 and got discharged only two days ago.

Considering the gravity of the offence and conduct of the petitioners herein who are at large and not co-operating for the investigation which will cause apprehension in the mind of the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
