(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner's children as 'S.Gokulalakshmi and S.Jayapradhap' instead of 'P.Gokullakshmi, P.Jayaprathap' in all places in the above writ petition in W.P. No.1861 of 2022.

2.This Court, by order dated 10.02.2022, disposed of the above writ petition and directed the petitioner and his family members to co-operate with the enquiry to be conducted.

3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking apology for moving this application, submitted that in the prayer portion, the petitioner's children name has been wrongly typed by the Office Typist as 'P.Gokullakshmi, P.Jayaprathap' instead of 'S.Gokulalakshmi and S.Jayapradhap'. After receiving the order copy, they came to realise the mistakes committed, which have to be rectified. T.RAJA, J.

vga 4.Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the no objection raised by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, we are inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.

6.Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy by amending the petitioner's children name as 'S.Gokulalakshmi and S.Jayapradhap' in all places in the above writ petition in W.P. No.1861 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022.
