Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to make correct entry of 820 square meter in R.D.R.185/2020/A1 dated 29.08.2020 based on petitioner representation dated 24.11.2020, within a specific time frame in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to made correct entry of 820 square meter in R.D.R.185/2020/A1 dated 29.08.2020 based on petitioner representation dated 24.11.2020, within a specific time frame in accordance with law.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 16.04.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the first respondent/RDO.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 16.04.2021.
