Educational loan for the writ petitioner based on his application in Application No.2814982 dated 31.12.2024 for a sum of Rs.29,82,400/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty Two Thousand and Four Hundred only), for pursuing his Masters course in Embedded Systems and Technology at Esigelec University at France, in a time bound manner to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank would submit that the Bank is considering the grant of educational loan as per its rules and parameters. If adequate security and other requirements are complied with, the loan will be processed and sanctioned as per law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also add that security has already been provided. In view thereof, the respondent Bank shall process the application as per their terms and Rules and if the petitioner is found to eligible, sanction the educational loan.
