This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 15.12.2014, the Assistant Superintendent Police/3rd respondent has conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 12.1.2015.
