The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced a letter dated 19.01.2018 to show that the order passed by this Court on 19.08.2015 has been complied with.

2. It appears that measurement of land has not been complied with and such compliance require a positive act on the part of some other authority and not the contemnor.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed.
